Distijl has created sensors that give our customers insight into the aging and maturation process. Our real-time sensors report on some of the key conditions impacting the maturation, and ultimately the flavor of the Bourbon or Whiskey. That dramatic represented by our sensors show how the fluctuation in temperature, aromatic pressure, humidity, and others makes Kentucky Bourbon uniquely Kentucky.
