Sure, we might be a little nostalgic at times. But we figure, so is Bourbon. If nothing else, it's the sum of the aging, the fluctuations in environment, the organic properties of the grain, and the history of the oak tree that was milled to make the barrel – all leave and indelible mark on what that Bourbon or Whiskey tastes likes.
So too, the events, challenges, successes, and fun of a creating a startup like this goes into making Distijl what it is.
